Spring has arrived in Madrid. I have spent my first winter barefoot. Now the rains and mud. I thought you would like to see some pictures of my feet in the mud.

Congratulations Cecilia! You survived your first Winter in bare feet. How have your feet changed and adapted to the cold, the abuse and the constant tortures? How do you feel not owning shoes at all and having your soles punished all the time? How have you adapted to the pain?

I have spent my first winter without shoes. My feet are well adapted to cold. My feet are tanned and my soles are hard and calloused. I can live without shoes and I can walk on any terrain, on glass and nails. I have to endure the pain.

It would be great if you had showed your soles. They must be covered with sand.
