Last Wednesday I spent a day in the field, El Escorial, near Madrid. I walked barefoot along a 8 km trail. The road was very hard. Gravel, asphalt in poor condition, stones, rocks and thorns. After four hours walking barefoot, my feet were in pain, but the soles of my feet are tougher now.

could have shown how you can exstinguish one on your heels.

Your soles are of sure hard (otherwise after such path you will have the sole completely cutted and blisted...).

I hope you can do the same path at least 1/2 time for week every weeks,if so you will became able to walk over everything without any pain (you are very near to this goal...)

Think about that in 40'/50' woman (and man) lived in countryside where I live,for work in the field,do about the same path every day,from march to october...

It's incredible to think that just a couple months ago you wore shoes...what you have achieved is outstanding, it's not only a demonstration of toughness, but of willpower and determination.
